Shipping Policy
General Shipping The vast majority of products we sell are shipped via UPS or FedEx, Signature Required (unless noted otherwise). Please allow us up to 48 hours to process and ship your in-stock order.
Some in-stock items can ship the same day or within 1 business day, after which delivery can be tracked via a tracking number sent to the email address provided. Other items may require more time due to physical location, carrier accessibility, item availability, and other logistical conditions.
Please note: Orders for items that are not in stock or that are custom/special ordered can take longer. If your purchase is time-sensitive, please contact us to verify availability before ordering.
Oversized & Freight Products that are oversized (e.g., hoods, bumpers, engines) must ship via Truck Freight / LTL.

NOTE: These oversized items require inspection and a signature upon delivery.

Shipments to HI, AK, PR, APOs, Guam, & Virgin Islands may require extra shipping charges.
International Shipping All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes. Any charges associated with importing products purchased from Kaizen Speedworks are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs are not always known at the time of sale. Kaizen Speedworks does not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
Damaged Shipments
In the event a product arrives damaged, you must notify Kaizen Speedworks within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied a damage claim.
If you receive a shipment that is damaged (visibly or once you open the box):

Immediately Contact Us: Email us at [Insert Support Email].

Keep Everything: Keep the product with its original packaging and box.

Document: Make a list of damaged/lost items and take clear photos of the packaging and contents.

Driver Notation: If the driver is present, write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the Bill of Lading/Delivery Receipt and have them sign it.
DO NOT send the item back to the return address without written approval and an RMA number.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event you purchased the incorrect part, were sent the incorrect product, or accidentally purchased the wrong product, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
General Rules for All Returns:

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returns must follow our Return Process, which includes obtaining a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

Products that have been used, installed, or modified in any way are non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Special Order Items: Items custom-made for the customer or specifically imported/ordered for the customer's vehicle. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.

Wheel & Tire Packages.

Electronics/ECU Tunes that have been opened or registered.

Clearance or "Scratch and Dent" items.
Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.

Restocking fees will be waived for returns wherein the customer opts to receive Store Credit or an exchange for another item.

Any items returned without all original packaging will be subject to the 25% fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed in the form of payment the customer originally used (Credit Card, PayPal, Affirm, etc.).

Affirm/Financing: Orders paid with financing cannot be refunded after 60 days, regardless of shipping status.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account after the return is processed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

In-Stock Items: Can be cancelled for a full refund if the item has not yet shipped.

Shipped Items: If the item has already shipped, it must be treated as a Return (subject to shipping costs and restocking fees).

Special Orders: Cannot be cancelled once the manufacturer has started production or the order has been placed with the overseas supplier.
